Why Connected Teams Matter
Research has consistently shown that connected teams drive collaboration, innovation, and productivity (see reference links at bottom). During the last year most organizations have realized that, with most teams working remotely, maintaining valuable connection can no longer be left to chance.
To help organizations build employee engagement, I offer interactive Zoom events designed to help remote work teams connect, celebrate their shared experience, and learn valuable skills together.
1. Team Celebrations
Consider giving your work team or community group a Team Celebration!
They're easy to set up and great for the end of a project or anytime the team could use a positive connection boost. I'll lead the group through a 60-90 minute process that helps everyone share openly and celebrate where the team has been, where it's headed and best of all to affirm each others’ unique contributions. Participants often report feeling more connected, appreciated & aligned around their shared goals.
2. Personal Celebrations
These are a great way for your team to connect & affirm each other when team members get a promotion or are joining or leaving the group.
